The Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of Heaven is a place called The Rainbow Bridge.  They say when an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, it goes to the Rainbow Bridge

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play again.  There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine.  Our friends are once again happy and comfortable.

All the animals who were ill and old will be restored, and those who were hurt or maimed will be made whole again.

The animals are happy and content with one exception, they each miss someone special to them that they had to leave behind.  They will run and play together until the day comes that one suddenly stops and looks  into the distance.  Their eyes are bright and their body quivers and they begin to run away from the group as fast as they can.

You have been spotted and when you and your special friend finally meet again, you cling together in joy, never to be parted again.  Then you cross The Rainbow Bridge together.

We dedicate this page to the ones we have loved and lost.  You will forever remain in our hearts, until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.
